Keeping the track of snag list
We would like to be able to keep the track of snag list per turbine or per site(i.e. missing parts, malfunctioning equipment etc.); things that are not part of mainly HSE, but worth keeping as part of the records.

It could be a document attached to the site or it could be like an HSE section, where one can add the reported snags.
Can you describe an example of a workflow for this request? Would this be a document attached to the site?
