Add an 'acknowledge' tab on the open page of Predict
I believe there should be an 'acknowledge' tab on the open page of Predict. this would enable customers to monitor and understand clearly which alerts are new or continuations of existing alerts.

I can't filter manually-modified statuses
Both in Status Log and Status Categorization, I would like to filter in or out the manually-modified statuses so I can better focus on them.

renaming statuses
renaming statuses - I would like a feature where you can be able to rename the FM6/ manual stops and give them error, warning or any code of your choice. this is very hand for analysis and checking which status had the biggest impact instead of just having a manual stop event

Warn before setting a contract category to default
Assigning a default category to a status code is very useful, however with the slider button directly underneath the dropdown menu, it is easy for it to be selected by accident.
Can a pop-up warning be added that asks the user to confirm that they wish to assign a default category to a status code? Much like if you overwrite a default, or delete a site access log.

Create active status events
It is sometimes necessary to create active status events in GEC, normally during periods of no communications. Although this is not an option when creating status events, there was a work-around that has recently been disabled. As a result we now have to contact the support team to create active status events.
Having this functionality as an option would improve our internal reporting and also reduce the number of requests sent to Greenbyte support team.
5 votesConsidering the current architecture of the system, this is not possible to achieve. We will look into it and determine if we could consider something on these lines for the future.

New variable: active status during 10-min bin
We would need a calculated variable for all devices with the main status code active for each 10-min data bin (if any).
This would be very helpful for deeper checks and analyses being able to treat specific 10-min data points depending on the status that was active (i.e bat shutdown related status, shadow flicker, power curtailment, etc etc)
A specific example: we want to check if the turbine was stopping too much in reason "bat protection". For this, we need to filter out any other stops that are not related to bat protection.
Another specific sample: we need to prove…
2 votesThis is currently not possible to achieve, but if I read your request correctly, I believe a good way around to achieve this would be to create 2 widgets on the Analyze section:
1. Dirty Dozen, filtering by Curtailment statuses only.
2. Status Overview, filtering by Curtailment statuses only. Please contact your CSM in case of doubts.

Search for Device Access by Procedure
We would like to be able to search for specific device accesses in GreenByte using the procedure used such as the AWP or ROP in a similar way that we can search for tasks and site accesses.

Widget showing active status events
To be allowed to add a widget showing active status events in View dashboards.
2 votesThanks for your input. The overview dashboards are meant to give a brief look at the most important KPIs but without the noise of detailed information. For having an overview with status events added you can create a custom dashboard under Monitor>Portfolio or Monitor > Wind Farm.

Receipt of selected "Specific events" for notification
Make it possible to create a receipt of the selected "specific events" codes for a notification schedule (e.g. able to generate an export).
When changing the option "select specific events" to "all events" and than back to "specific events" all selected specific events are deselected.

Currently it is possible to insert text only before a table widget (Custom section).
I need to insert text after tables.

Drop menu out of the screen
In some sections, the drop menu expands out of the screen.
For instance, in the "status categorization" section, if we select a given period and want to edit the contract category of the first day of this period (so the last line on the screen), only the top part of the drop menu will be displayed but not the categories that are at the end of the list. Because they expand beyond the computer screen.
To avoid that issue, a solution is to select a wider period so that the line we want to edit is no longer the last…

Drop menu out of the screen
In some sections, the drop menus expand beyond the computer screen.
For instance, in the status categorization section, if we choose a given period and we want to edit the contract category of the first day of this period (so the bottom line on screen), only the top part of the drop menu will be displayed. And any category that is at the end of the list would be impossible to be selected, because it is out of screen.
A way to avoid that problem is to select a wider period of time so that the line we want to…

Alerts: tag, created by, filter options
we see how the number of alerts we are creating is growing, and we need the interface to provide a better organization and being able to track the status. The following points will help:
- Add field "alert created by".
- Add a field "category": ideally with a list of several categories to be defined by the user: curtailment, bat protection, underperformance, noise, etc.
- Add field "date of creation" and "last modified"
- Enable filter alerts by: enabled/not enabled, created by, category, curtailment/alert, date of creation/modification, etc.

Add the counter data for particle count as it already exists for Energy export
The currently particle counts provided in the energy cloud are 10 min values. By using the option cumulate values, it is possible to obtain the cumulative sum. However, if a sensor is reset the comulative values will show a negative values. As the comulative can be optained from the turbine system, I would like to add this counter data in the energy cloud as an additional signal to be used in dashboards and widgets
2 votesIf the particle count is available as a counter it should be possible for our installations team to install the counter data. Please reach out to your CSM to check how the installation has been done.

Export data : add a signal for the power curve used
When I do an export of data for devices that use more than 1 power curve (because some conditional PC have been defined), I would like to be able to select a signal "Power curve used" in order to see in the Excel file a column that would be filled with the name of the power curve used on each time step (for example : Full Power, Noise mode 1, Mode 2, etc).

Additional aggregate types
In data studio different aggregates can be selected: Device, Site, Portfolio.
It would be helpful to include additional aggregate types similar to the device selector namely: All turbines, all substations, all met mast.

Make multi-year average widget type available in Analyze section Dashboards
The multi-year average widget is useful for comparing how a given year has turned out relative to previous years. Currently, it is only available in Reports. Users would value being able to use it in the Analyze section throughout the year.

Make it possible to clone/copy report templates
Right now, if a user wants to create a report template that is similar to an existing report template, but not identical, they must create a new template from scratch. This is very time consuming. Adding the ability to clone/copy an existing report template would increase the value of Greenbyte's Reporting feature by significantly reducing the time required to create new report templates.

Budget Production change at the commissionning date
When you have more than one PV plants with a different commissioning date it's impossible to have an accurate budget production with the good degradation factor.
It will be more accurate to have the budget production that change every year at the commissioning date and not at the first january of each year.
